Travel is an excellent incentive to develop motivation for contestants within cooperates, as well as recognition for clients and cooperation partners.

Our main target through our incentive services is to develop programs, which the incentive participants cannot find or participate in on their own trough a visit on their own: Our specialized destinations in a different aspect, events that bring out the most interesting parts of a destination’s customs, history and culture, design of a program built around the message the client wants to communicate to the participants.

As most of our clients’ incentive participants are well travelled, we like to receive a profile of the participants and some information about their previous incentive-travel history, already from the first contact. This will enable us to provide our clients with ideas for programs and activities completely different from other previous arrangements.

• When creating a program we can for example build it around a fascinating myth, local traditions, the ancient Greek culture, the exciting Greek nightlife, and the natural beauty of blue seas, bright sun, breathtaking mountains, astonishing caves, green forests and enchanting beaches.

A short description of our most popular teambuilding activities:

	10 CHALLENGES – A team competition which suites all age groups. Suitable for limited budgets or time. The perfect choice for a small area: The garden or the beach of the hotel or similar. The participants will be divided in teams. All will take part in all games. Points of each team member will be calculated together so that each team will get a total number of points in each station and then a final total for all stations. Two teams will compete at the same time in each station, so they will feel that they are competing against each other, but they are also competing against all the other teams on their points.
	ADVENTURE DAY - The day for those who are a bit sporty and not afraid of trying something new and adventurous. You will also need your fighting spirit during this “adventure day”! The group will be divided in different teams. Each team will have 3 Jeeps. All teams will have different road books, which will make them get to the different stations at different times. The full day adventure will be made in a form of treasure hunt with stations where different tasks, missions and questions have to be solved.
	SUN & FUN BEACH GAMES - To get the most out of the beautiful sea and beaches of the island as well as really having a good time we propose our Sun & Fun Beach Games! The participants will be divided in teams of up to 10 participants. There will be 6 games, and the team members will take part in all games. A coach of each team will follow through all the stations. The winner of the competition is the team, which gathered most points in total.
	FAME STORY - Who hasn’t dreamt of being a star…. Standing on the stage in front of a crowd… having his/her own CD!?.... Well, here is your chance…. Welcome to FAME STORY! The participants will together create a show singing and dancing. This will result in their own CD and Music Video and the ready show can be presented during one of the evening dinners. Professional instructors will handle the set up and leading through this day.
	FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 5 X 5 - 2004, not only the year of the Olympic Games, but also the year of the World Championship of Football… what can be more suitable than to show your colleagues that you really should have played in the national team.
	GOLFING AFTERNOON IN AFANDOU - Rhodes doesn’t only offer sun, sea and beautiful beaches… Why not visit Afandou and the most complete Golf Club resort in the Mediterranean. Afandou offers everything you would expect a golf club resort to have.
	IN THE WAVES OF THE PIRATES - Today all of us are pirates; complete your missions on the Mediterranean Sea. Discover the beauty of Rhodes’ coastline and the clear water whilst participating in a team adventure on the sea. This adventure day can be arranged in different ways. It is possible to use one or several boats. We can decorate the boat as a pirate boat with pirate flags, a parrot on board , to have the crew of the boat, reps and participants dressed as Pirates.
	LIGHT TREKKING DAY - Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beauty of the traditional villages during this light trekking day. We will reach one of the most traditional villages of Rhodes Salakos. We will start at the mountain of Prophet Elias and walk all the way down to the village. We will have a nice meal in a very traditional tavern. We will also visit the beautiful church, traditional house, old olive press and the bakery, where we can get to taste some of the sweets and enjoy a coffee in the traditional coffee shop next door. Above can be arranged as a “question walk”, when the participants will find questions with three different answers: 1X2 which they will answer to along the way.
	MINI OLYMPIC GAMES - Nothing is more suitable for your conference/incentive in Greece. We organize our mini Olympics in the ancient city in Rhodes. 3 participants will proceed to the opening ceremony of the games. All participants will wear Greek togas and a crown. Donkeys will be walking around the stadium to carry fresh water. Example of possible games: 100 m races, Length jumping, Relay race, 400m, Height jumping (with “artistic figures”), Rope pulling, Potato sack race, Donkey race.
	ROBINSON REGATTA - Imagine that you are on a deserted island and you and your friends have only 4 hours to get out of there before the cannibals living on the island will find you and turn you in to the BBQ meal of the day! Fortunately you found some pieces of wood, rope and barrels, so that you will be able to build a float to save yourself and your friends. The participants are divided in teams Each team will find their “survivor” station with material; including pinewood, ropes, floating material, sail, wood pole, tools etc. With a time limit, each team have to build a float and sail “away from the island” The teams which have not been able to complete the task, will be chased by the “cannibals”.
	SCUBA DIVING DAY - What is hidden down in the “deep blue”!? This is the chance to find out during a safe one-day adventure with professional instructors! It is possible to privatize a dive-boat with all equipment and instructors. After a theory lesson and orientation the participants will soon be gliding through our amazing underwater world.
	TREASURE HUNT IN THE MEDIEVAL TOWN OF RHODES - Find the recipe of the product of the conference, Get to discover Rhodes old town and the Greek culture and history, Interact with the local population (shops, workshops etc.)
	TRIATHLON ADVENTURE - The time has come to see how fit you are… This day is a tough day, with a trekking part, a mountain biking part and a pedal boat part. We will take you to one of the “hot-spots” of the island to share with you Rhodes at its best! We leave the bikes and continue by foot all the way down to one of the beaches where we will find a station of drinks and snacks and we will have 2 hours free time for sunbathing, swimming and different beach games.  After we will return to our start point by pedal boats where we will enjoy a delicious lunch in an excellent beach tavern.
	WITH THE BRUSH - Most of us have more talents and abilities than possible to develop through a lifetime. Long workdays, family, and other duties and commitments, make leisure activities and hobbies come at last. Maybe in your company, there is a “Picasso” or two hidden among your employees. This is the opportunity to find out! The participants will learn how to paint and create a painting step by step with help of a professional artist, either in teams or individually. This activity can of course be combined with other handcraft and artistic activities.
